In our webshop we are ONLY able to serve companies with a valid tax number.

Expected delivery time
- Within Hungary: in 1 or 2 working days after receipt of sales order confirmation (in some cases within 3-4 working days).
- Abroad: between 2 and 5 working days (depending on the country). For detailed information please contact our customer service.
Delivery service
- GLS: parcel orders are delivered via our delivery partner General Logistics Systems (GLS) during weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00 o’clock
- Transport company: pallet-wise orders are delivered via designated transport companies. For detailed information please contact our customer service.
- Pick-up: orders can be collected at our central warehouse (Nagykátai street 10, 5100 Jászberény) during opening hours.
Payment methods
- Online payment by credit card: products in our webshop can be purchased by credit card via OTP Simple Pay.
- Advance payment: after the order is processed you receive a pre-payment request and after receipt of your payment your order is dispatched within 48 hours.
- Bank transfer: as per agreement with your designated sales representative.
- Cash payment (or credit card): in case of collection of goods.
Discounts
- 5% discount: in case of advance payment, cash or credit card payment we offer 5% discount - special prices and products on sale excluded!
- 1% discount: in case you place your order via our webshop we offer 1% discount to all our products - special prices and products on sale excluded!
